Birth Photography Process

Initial Inquiry:

• After your inquiry, I will call to discuss your birth plan and learn more about your family to see if we are a good fit and your due date is available on my calendar

Booking & Securing Your Date:

• To reserve your date, I require:

• A completed birth story questionnaire

• A signed contract

• The first payment (split into 2 parts)

• Payment plans are available upon request.

Pre-Birth Meeting:

• Once the logistics are finalized, we’ll arrange a time to meet for coffee or lunch. (This face-to-face meeting helps ease nerves, break the ice, and establish trust!)

Day of the Birth:

• I will arrive during active labor to begin capturing your story.

• I’ll stay for approximately 2 hours postpartum to document those precious first moments with your new baby.

If you choose the birth bundle package, I will come back for fresh 48 photos the day of after rest. For lifestyle newborn photos, we will schedule those 7-10 days postpartum.

Support Throughout the Process:

• As a mom of three, I can be a source of support, provide advice, or simply be present for you during this journey. I am more than your photographer and strive to go above and beyond for every family.
